The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our CRM offerings in target markets. This role demands a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a business development strategy specifically for CRM solutions, aimed at increasing market share and driving revenue growth. Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitors within the CRM space. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities, focusing on building a robust pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their CRM needs and position Nippon Data Systems Ltd. as the go-to provider. Proposal & Solution Development: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to develop tailored CRM solutions and proposals that meet client requirements. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry partners, such as CRM vendors and technology integrators, to enhance our service offerings and market presence. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and support in closing deals by providing insights and expertise on CRM solutions. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals while addressing client needs. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on CRM solutions. CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in industries such as sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive growth and align with company objectives. Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey CRM value propositions to diverse audiences. Client-Centric Approach: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs. Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with sales and technical teams to drive business opportunities and close deals. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective solutions. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence and initiative. Networking: Well-developed network within the CRM industry is a strong asset.
