Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients and market segments to expand the customer base within the intra city / intercity logistics sector.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Initiate and nurture partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and other potential clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve issues, and address client concerns.
Regularly review and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
What youll need
Experience in a full sales cycle, including dealer closing, sales success must be demonstrated.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation power.
Basic logistics industry knowledge, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
Microsoft Office application proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific analysis software.,
