Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through databases and other sources, targeting decision-makers in relevant organizations to initiate the sales process for our tax, compliance, loan, and investment services.
Conduct daily sales presentations and demonstrations of our comprehensive services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our offerings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Ensure systematic follow-ups with potential and existing clients to move sales pitches towards closure within a specified timeframe.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams to ensure clients receive exemplary service and support.
Oversee the collection of payments according to the company's terms and ensure all transactions adhere to established processes.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Be prepared for field sales activities, which require travel and face-to-face interactions with clients.

 
Preferred Skills and Abilities

Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management.  
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.  
Experience in b2b sales within the financial services industry, particularly in tax, compliance, loans, and investments.  
A Masters degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.  
Must have a personal laptop, internet access, and an android smartphone.  
Should possess a valid driver's license
