Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Coordinator at Trayee in Chennai. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Well versed in English (Reading, Writing & Vocal)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Microsoft Excel knowledge
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
