- Handle inbound customer inquiries for the Asian Paints process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism with customers.
- HSC (12th Pass) with 3 Years of CSA Experience: 21,000 in-hand salary.
- HSC (12th Pass) with 2 Years of CSA Experience: 16,000 in-hand salary.
- Graduates (Freshers): 16,000 in-hand salary.
- Graduates with 1 Year of CSA Experience: 21,000 in-hand salary.
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Day shifts with rotational week offs.
- Flexibility to work on different days each week as required.
