- Roles and Responsibilities.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Provide technical support to customers, resolving technical issues
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide guidance to fellow employees and track employee performance
Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries
Developing and implementing monthly/yearly departmental goals
Maintaining and updating client database.
Take an active role in company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
