Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Manage communication with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any emerging issues or complaints.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for HVAC related products & equipments.
Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
Track sales orders and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet customer requirements.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance to customers regarding HVAC products, specifications, and installation processes.
Liaise with engineering and technical teams to address customer queries and provide solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and project details in the CRM system.
Generate reports on sales activities, project statuses, and customer feedback for management review.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize departmental workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, ITI in Air conditioning or related filed.
Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems and components is desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
