SUMMARY
Long-term growth leads to business success and here at DEV IT, we welcome prospective team members who can help push our vision forward. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for leads new client acquisitions to accelerate growth for our IT Infrastructure Management / Managed IT Services and Cloud Platforms (Azure and AWS) and M365.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for business development, focusing on Cloud Technologies
2. Identify key market segments, assess competitive landscapes, and formulate effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
3. Preparing marketing calendar and overseeing innovative marketing initiatives.
4. Promote services over social media and business networks
5. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
6. Promote the companys solutions and services to existing and prospective clients
7. Prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the solutions or services
8. Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
10. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
11. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
12. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
13. Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
14. Provide continuous, constructive feedback to sales and service delivery team
15. Review contracts and scope of work to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales targets
2. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
3. Decision-making and Negotiating skills
4. The ability to think strategically and analyze sales figures and write reports
5. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
6. Project management and organizational skills
7. A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
1. 3+Yrs experience in international sales
2. 5-7 years of experience in technology sales
3. Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field; masters degree is a plus.
4. Proven track record of success in business development within the cloud services industry, with specific experience in Azure, AWS and M365
