Candidate should have work experience in bidding on portals like Guru, Elance, Upwork, Freelacner.com etc. and understanding the project requirement.
Experience to preparing the business proposal.
Must have potent Marketing skills and communication skills.
Must be able to look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients.
To building-up the database of clients, track them and pitch them for the projects.
Develop plans to expand the current business and fetch new projects in the organizations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to expanding business and extracting clients from the market.
Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents for the clients for pitching them.
Skills Required
Ability to sell/convince the prospect of the business proposition and ensure closure of order.
Excellent client or customer interfacing skills. Have a extreme level of presentation in English communication.
Good Logic and analytical capabilities.
Motivation to achieve desired business targets/objectives.
Thorough with MS Excel, Power-point.
Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures.
