Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand Brainly Academys presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the freelancing ecosystem and a strategic approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Freelancing Platform Management: Manage Brainly Academys profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, ensuring they are optimized to attract potential clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Respond to job postings and submit proposals to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through freelancing platforms.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the freelancing ecosystem. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualification:
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
