Sales Executive

Job description

 Responsible to handle technical sales inquiries accurately within defined TAT.

 Responsible to do continuous follow-up with leads/clients.

 Ensure that all documentation, record, compliance is maintained properly to avoid any loss of record/information.

 Engaging new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product.

 Well versed with companys technical product features to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.

 Provide technical expertise and support to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

 Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the technical features and benefits of the products

 Liaising with existing clients, deliver strong after-sales support and technical back up there by enhancing customer experience.

 Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.

 Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.

 Collaborate with the Sales team on sales strategy and optimization.

 Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

 Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand product requirements.

 Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

 Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

Qualification & Skills

 B.Tech/B.E Graduate ( Mechanical/Chemical preferred)

 2+ years of proven sales / business development experience preferably in Hose Industry

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZOHO software.

 Experience working on Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage

 Willingness to travel,
