    As a sales executive at ZO Space, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth across our commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office spaces. Your role will involve field-based selling directly to customers, with a focus on understanding their requirements, providing in-depth analysis of real estate projects, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales: Work on system-generated leads, conduct field-based sales, and manage site visits and client negotiations to close deals. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, property owners, and investors across departments. Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and portfolio status. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in commercial real estate, coworking, and managed office sectors, and utilize CRM for outreach to potential buyers. Marketing & Client Engagement: Promote properties through various channels, conduct property tours, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and preferences. Qualifications Bachelor's and masters degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial real estate, coworking or managed offices. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
