Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our Pharma Vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully engaging with Indian Pharma companies, specifically their marketing departments, and will play a crucial role in building and expanding our presence within this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Pharma Vertical.
Leverage existing network and actively engage with Pharma company marketing and purchase departments.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Pharma industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor EHA's sustainable solutions to meet the unique needs of Pharma clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and sales closures.
Represent EHA at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility within the Pharma sector.
Collaborate with the B2B Sales Head to contribute to the overall growth and success of the B2B revenue segment.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a sales role for product companies that are vendors/engage with Indian Pharma companies.
Strong network within Pharma companies, particularly in marketing and purchase departments.
Exceptional sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Willingness to work from the EHA office in RR Nagar, Bangalore, with frequent travel to Hyderabad, Mumbai, and other major cities.
Passionate about sustainability and driven by a larger purpose.
Immediate availability for joining.
Reporting Structure:
The B2B Business Developer - Pharma Vertical will report directly to the B2B Sales Head at EHA,
