Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist/Tele Caller at Atitya Group of Company located in Davangere. The Customer Support Specialist/Tele Caller will be responsible for receiving calls and responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role will require maintaining detailed and accurate reports and documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English Kannada and Hindi
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
