Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, educating customers about products and services, and resolving customer issues through effective communication. Other tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing customer orders.

Salary- upto 35k CTC

Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to satisfy customers and resolve issues
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
