Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Goregaon East in Mumbai. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and improving the overall customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams within the organisation and respond to. customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer support
Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive customer experience
Ability to maintain phone etiquette and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Remuneration:
3 Lpa to 4 Lpa depending on experience, freshers are welcome to apply,
