Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Findoc in Ghaziabad. The specialist will be responsible for customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a great customer experience on a daily basis.

Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
