Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely resolution.
