Jar also effortlessly facilitates investments by enabling users to save while they spend, utilising our round-off method, like a digital piggy bank.
Founded by Misbah Ashraf, former founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay, and Nishchay AG, former director and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, Jar's unwavering mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing, thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat.

Nek
Nek is an affordable luxury jewellery brand that is powered by Jar. It is the culmination of what we know best; affordability, the value of gold and crafting incredible connections. Nek's wide collection of silver and gold jewellery is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.
Responsibilities
Handling customer queries, providing chat, voice, and email support.
Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution.
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Escalating users" unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Requirements
English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken).
A minimum of 1-4 years of experience.
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
