Purpose of the Role
To efficiently manage customer interactions and ensure prompt resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

A) Customer Interaction:
 Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email
 Co-ordinate and provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
 Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers

B) Phone and Store Coordination:
 Make outbound calls to stores to coordinate and resolve customer issues
 Ensure effective communication between customers and store teams along with delivery agents if required

C) Chat and Email Management:
 Respond to customer queries promptly through chat
 Manage and resolve customer issues via email following established processes

D) Cross-Functional Coordination:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer cases
 Escalate issues when necessary and follow up until resolution

E) Multitasking:
 Handle multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
 Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

F) Language Skills:
 Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, South Language professancy added advantage

Education and Experience:
 Bachelor's degree is a must
 Previous customer service experience is preferred
 Proficiency in CRM software and Gmail
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in English, Hindi
 Kannada or Tamil or Malyalam proficiency would be preferred
 Strong customer service skills and ability to work well in a team
 Ability to handle complaints and provide effective solutions
