Job Title: Program Management Associate, Enterprise Business Location: Bangalore Department: Enterprise Training Solutions Reports To: Program Manager / Senior Program Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Associate to join our Enterprise Business team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end training programs for our corporate clients, ensuring seamless delivery, optimal performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position involves close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, internal teams, and clients to develop, implement, and refine training materials and programs, while also driving customer success. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of training programs, from initial planning to post-training evaluations. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution. Implement standardized processes and best practices for program management, ensuring consistency and quality across all training initiatives. Customer Success: Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded throughout the training program. Work proactively to understand client goals, provide support, and resolve any issues that may arise during program execution. Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve customer satisfaction and ensure long-term relationships. Training Delivery: Leverage digital platforms such as Webex, Zoom, and MS Teams to deliver training programs efficiently and effectively. Ensure that all digital training sessions run smoothly, addressing any technical issues that may arise. Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of training workshops, including venue arrangements, material preparation, and participant communication. Ensure all logistical aspects are handled meticulously to provide a seamless training experience for clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the EdTech or corporate training industry. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in developing and managing training programs, with a focus on interactive and scenario-based learning. Proficient in using digital platforms like Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making and program improvement. Ability to manage vendor relationships, including procurement and invoicing processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the EdTech industry or with corporate training programs. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to create and manage presentations, documents, and spreadsheets effectively. Previous experience in a customer success or client-facing role.,
