About the job
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for providing project management support, conducting analyses, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to established processes and standards for Customer Success department.
Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
Assist in. the coordination and execution of projects within the Customer Success department.
Collaborate with project managers to maintain metrices for Customer success department covering project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress, report potential risks or issues to CS leadership
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement within Customer Success projects and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance project delivery and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
Facilitate as point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Risk Management:
Monitor and escalate risks as necessary, collaborating with stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years plus) in a project management or PMO role, preferably within a Customer Success or Global Delivery environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Oracle OpenAir knowledge is preferred

Team Player (with prior experience in working with Global teams is preferable).
