Role Description
This is a full-time outbound calling sales executive role, located on-site in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, explaining the value proposition of our service robots and services, answering any questions, using CRM tools to manage data, and converting leads into sales.
The executive will be responsible for sharing all relevant details with prospects across PAN India before scheduling demo & meeting with Field Sales Manager
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound calling or. telesales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)
Ability to build rapport with potential clients and handle objections
Experience with CRM software and able to manage data effectively
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required
Applicants should possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, empathetic, have the ability to multitask, and be able to think creatively in high-pressure situations.
