- Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
Understand customer needs and requirements; present and demonstrate our products/services accordingly.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
