We save customers time and money through our e-commerce platform. We are expanding into the HORECA segment with our private labels, The Better Flour and Siam Glow. In this role, you will drive sales and build relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments in Delhi.
We, at WorkStore Ltd, need a results-driven sales professional with experience in the HORECA segment and FMCG products. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments, driving sales for our brands, The Better Flour and Siam Glow. Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach are essential
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets for The Better Flour, Guest Room Amenities, and C&W housekeeping products.
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of WorkStore solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, within the HORECA industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
