Position: Manager  USA Staffing Region

Business Development Manager (BDM)  8-12 Years

Business Development Executive (BDE)  3-7 Years

Office Location: Hyderabad  Onsite Work (Remote if located out of Hyderabad - BDM)

Interview Process:

 2 Rounds of Technical Discussion - Zoom Video call Interview's

 HR Discussion

Responsibilities:

 Work closely with the management team to understand the company's vision, targets and deliverables for every year.

 Managing end to end Business Development Cycle.

 Signing New MSA's / Getting New Logo to the company - As per the commitment given to. the Organization.

 Connecting with client Spoc's daily to generate new business and expand existing business.

 Generating the gross revenue to the company - As per the commitment given to the Organization.

 Working with delivery and recruitment teams to make sure the business fulfilment is done within a given client SLA's.
  Travel to client location as needed to Meet & Greet and to build the relationship - Based on Approval of Management team.
