    Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - US Staffing Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the staffing and recruitment sector, and a deep understanding of the US market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US staffing market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including staffing agencies, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and direct employers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential areas. for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties. Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management. Stay abreast of developments in the staffing industry, including changes in regulations and best practices. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of X years of experience in the staffing industry. Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
