Esthetic Centers International Pvt Ltd (ECI) runs The Esthetic Clinics which are a chain of world-class centers dedicated to plastic surgery and skin care of the entire body with a extended branch of research. ECI has a strong research focus, which serves as a core differentiator for our clinics and clinical services, as well as patient care. ECI has an in house Clinical Research Organization (CRO) arm named as The Esthetic Clinics Clinical Research Organization (TECCRO).
TECCRO provides end to end services in clinical operations, medical writing, biostatistics, data management domain which has led to 70+ peer reviewed, indexed, high quality publications over the past 5 years, and led to the award of multiple patents, which drive our products. The institutional ethics committee is DCGI and CDSCO approved for conducting clinical trials, especially with a Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery and Plastic Surgery focus and performs clinical trials for Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Companies in the Aesthetics space.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager (Business Development).
1. Candidate will have to develop and implement comprehensive business by looking for other partners for business development.
2. Candidate has to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential markets.
3. Candidate should coordinate to get new trials and clinical studies in order to develop new business.
4. The candidate will establish collaborations with other Contract Research Organizations to broaden the range of services offered.
5. Candidate should build and sustain long term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
6. Candidate has to prepare detailed reports on business development activities, performance metrics and outcomes.
7. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
10.Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
11.Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company.
12.Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
13. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
14. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
15. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.
16. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
17. Manage budgets and resources for business development projects.
Qualifications and Experience
1. At least 5 - 7 years of experience in business development, sales, healthcare industry or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
2. Master's degree in a Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex scientific information in a clear manner.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive sales growth.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. Ability to travel as needed.
7. Highly motivated and results-oriented.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Experience with market research and analysis.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
11. Strong presentation skills.
12. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements,
