- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our innovative company. As a Individual member, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion in the market.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the real estate, architecture, or related industries.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Tools and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze data.
7. Familiarity with 3D visualization technology and its applications in architectural visualization and real estate marketing.
8. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.
