Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located on-site in Hyderabad. The main responsibilities of this role include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery. Strong. communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Expert in end-to-end Sales Planning - Business Forecasting, Active Pipeline Management and Sales Closures, Client Engagement, Key Account Management & Up & Cross Sell

Qualifications
 Proficient in business development, sales, and account management
 Skilled in communication, presentation, and interpersonal relations
 Goal-oriented self-starter, adept at both independent and team work
 Demonstrated talent for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
 Knowledgeable in insurance industry practices and compliance
 Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
 Expert in Sales Planning, including Business Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Sales Closures, Client Engagement, Key Account Management, Up & Cross Selling
 Experienced in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, influence, and persuasion
 Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
 Preferably has experience in the business services industry
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is an advantage,
