Role Summary
Responsible for requests management and main contact with the project stakeholders
Contributes to the planning and development of projects including the initial project setups and project closures in our applications
Prepares resources bookings for new project requests and assists with bookings for long term projects
Responsible for the client documents folder management and for providing deliverables to clients including verification of the deliverables (document types, validations, versions, translations,.). Follow-up with Authors and Project Managers when required.
Create procedure templates when required and ensures accurate customer information internal documents.
Assists with Sales activities by providing quotes for projects requiring Order forms and preparing new Order requests
Processes SDS authoring requests in the Authoring Portal
Processes all steps of invoicing activities for the MRS team including audits (enters/verifies budget including billing rules and recognition rules in our applications, prepares and submits invoices to clients)
Performs quality control reviews on work covered by peer Project Coordinators
Updates and maintains accurate data in our pricing and client databases
Participates in updating internal procedures related to project coordination activities
Provides unit billing training to authors and authoring portal trainings to new customers
Requirements
Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Degree in Commerce with major in Finance or Accounts or Management. A Science graduate with profound interests and experience in above subjects may also apply. Masters preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong interests and ability to learn project management software's for efficient project progress tracking.
Highly organized and able to distinguish several tasks based on priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
