Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator at DEEJOS Architects & Construction. The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for expediting and overseeing project management, inspection, and logistics management. They will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications
 Experience in expediting and project management
 Knowledge of inspection and logistics management
 Excellent organizational and coordination skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proficiency in project management software and tools
 Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
 Experience in the construction industry is a plus
 Oversee and execute projects of various scales (G+1, G+2, G+3, G+4, G+5)
 Ensure timely completion, quality, and safety standards
 Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
 Manage project budgets and resources
 Conduct site visits and monitor progress
 Requirements
 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering
 5+ years of experience in project management
 Strong communication and leadership skills
 Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
