Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Project Coordinator at RVS Media India. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, ensuring timely implementation, and effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead and manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are achieved.
 Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
 Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
 Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
 Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders/Clients, providing regular updates and reports.
 Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT solutions.
 Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
 Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
 Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
 Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Nifty PM).
 PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
