IT PROJECT CO - ORDINATOR - (On Contract Basis)

Contractual Period  2 to 3 Months. (Continuing further as per Performance)

Job Summary :

We are searching for a meticulous Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our projects. Your duties will encompass task coordination, progress monitoring, and aiding project managers in timely and budget-congruent project delivery. The preferred candidate should exhibit robust communication and teamwork abilities, familiarity with project management instruments and techniques, and a sharp aptitude for multitasking and setting priorities.

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to support project teams
 Monitor project progress and report on any potential issues or delays to project managers
 Excellent knowledge of all Technical Programming Skills & Tools used in Projects.
 Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure completed project objectives
 Maintain and update project documentation and records
 Schedule and organize project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items
 Ensure all project-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field
 Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar role in a project management environment
 Proficient organizational and multitasking capabilities, coupled with adept task prioritization.
 Superior communication and teamwork abilities, emphasizing project team support.
 Familiarity with project management techniques and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and Microsoft Project.
 Attention to detail and astute problem-solving skills.
 Familiarity with all the technical skills and tools.
