Roles and Responsibilities :

5+ years of experience in IT project management (FINSERVE experience is most preferable)

Proven track record of delivering IT project on time with quality standard.

Excellent communication and problem solving skill.

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall)

Bachelor degree in IT or related field.

Project Initiation  Define project scope, goals and deliverables, developing project plans and timelines.

Project Planning  Create details project schedule and resource allocation plans, conducting risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies

Team Management - Lead and manage cross-functional project teams and monitor team performance

Project execution  Manage project progress, identify and address deviation from plans. Ensuring quality assurance and testing processes are followed.

Project Monitoring and control  Track project performance, Identifying and addressing project issue and risks taking corrective action to ensure project delivery.

Project Closure - Ensure project delivery met and documented. Evaluating project success and identified learning for future betterment.
