What Will You Do:

 Coordinate schedules among several Agile projects and teams and manage dependencies.

 Act as Scrum Master for one or more teams, organizing and/or facilitating daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives and driving resolution of impediments in partnership with Engineering Managers.

 Facilitate effective sprint planning, collaborating with Product Managers to make sure the backlog is ready for development just-in-time.

 Maintain team metrics and facilitate effective reporting on status of quarterly and sprint commitments.

 Ensure teams strive for potentially releasable code each sprint.

 Effectively prioritize your time to have a wide impact on our shared success.

 Work with PMO Lead to design and implement project process change across the R&D organization.

 Build relationships with local Product and Engineering leaders and those in North America, acting as a connector. between teams, improving transparency and information sharing.

 Identify and escalate problem areas and potential solutions to get help addressing inefficiencies R&D-wide.

What Will You Bring:

 8-12 years of experience managing Agile software development projects

 Strong relationship building and collaboration skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Extremely well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded

 Experience managing organizational process changes

 Scrum Master certification

 Very experienced with JIRA and Confluence tooling

 Experience using JellyFish a plus,
