Offshore Opportunity with our client Therabody.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Scrum meetings (daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives).
 Coach the team on Agile practices to ensure high-quality product delivery.
 Remove obstacles to team progress.
 Collaborate with Product Managers on backlog refinement and prioritization.
 Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative team environment.
 Oversee project performance, quality, and responsiveness.
 Help define and track Agile metrics and KPIs.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment.
 Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies for timely delivery.
 Provide ongoing team support and handle complex issues.
 Uphold Therabodys Agile practices and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications:
 5+ years managing Agile teams.
 5+ years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
 Extensive experience in Agile project management and Scrum methodologies.
 Proven ability in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
 Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
 Knowledge of back-end technologies, cloud services, and CI/CD tools (preferred).
 Experience with RESTful APIs and application updates in Google App Store (preferred).
 Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.,
