Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team at InnoWave. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our development teams. You will serve as a servant-leader, guiding and supporting the team to adhere to Scrum principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
 Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
 Facilitate collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals
 Remove impediments to progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
 Coach the team on agile methodologies, promote self-organization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
 Mentor team members and foster a supportive and empowering work environment
 Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other. teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
 Track and report progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent agile certification preferred
 Minimum of 5+ of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
 Strong understanding of Scrum principles and agile methodologies
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
 Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
 Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve performance and productivity
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
 Passion for driving agile transformations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement,
