Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and developing and executing sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Manager must also provide accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide. regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred,
