IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 40+ sales managers and 7+ sales groups covering the Middle East and South Asia markets markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assess market potential. Regularly visit the Dubai office and engage with your sales teams located there to ensure alignment with overall goals and objectives. Act as the primary intermediary between the regional sales team and the headquarters in Lithuania, facilitating communication and implementing strategies with necessary adaptations for local cultural nuances. Evaluate and assess the performance of existing Sales Group Managers and their respective sales teams. Strengthen relationships with key existing partners and engage with potential prospects to deepen business connections. Expand the current sales team by establishing new sales groups and recruiting talented professionals to penetrate untapped markets such as Nepal and Bangladesh. WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE: 5+ years of successful leadership experience to drive regional sales group managers Proven experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams; Extensive B2B sales experience with a track record of success; Proven track record of success in an international corporate environment; Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills; Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently; Market knowledge; experience from IoT, Telecommunication or Networking industry would be advantage: Good English language skills (written and oral). SALARY: We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 50 to 55 LPA CTC, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get uncapped bonuses which depend on your results,
