    Job Title: School Outreach Manager Department: Sales & Admissions Location: Noida Job Summary: The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential B2B clients through research, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products or services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Communicate the value proposition effectively and address client questions and. objections. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products or services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and opportunities.
