The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in selling complex enterprise software. They should also possess a deep understanding of the logistics industry, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the enterprise software sector, specifically targeting logistics companies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the logistics industry. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends within the logistics and enterprise software markets. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns. Solution Selling: Understand clients" business challenges and objectives within the logistics sector and present tailored enterprise software solutions that meet their specific needs. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and profitability goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation through post-sale support. Sales Forecasting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights into market dynamics and sales pipeline status. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in enterprise software and logistics to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise software solutions. Experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the logistics industry and the specific challenges faced by companies within this sector. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to C-level executives. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience in closing high-value deals. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Understanding of enterprise software, particularly in areas such as supply chain management, warehouse management systems, or transportation management systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven network within the logistics industry. Familiarity with digital sales techniques and tools.
