Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Institutional Sales Representative at RAJA SULPHUR UDYOG located in Faridabad. The Institutional Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to institutions. The Representative will identify, develop, and nurture new accounts while increasing sales revenue with existing accounts. The Representative will also work closely with other members of the sales team to meet business goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales or business development of Agrochemicals.
A strong understanding of the sales process, market dynamics, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
A customer-centric mindset with a proven. track record of customer satisfaction
Experience in the agrochemical or related industries is preferable
A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, including Salesforce is a plus,
