Looking for an Institutional Sales General Manager for leading real estate based out of Gurgaon.
Responsibilities
General Manager - Institutional Sales
- Proven experience in Institutional sales.
- Candidates from IPC background with an experience in handling land sales to school, hospitals & other institutions would be preferred.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (comfortable in English &Hindi)
- Has consistently met or exceeded sales targets.
- Comes with a well-connected channel partner network to drive major sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance long-term business opportunities.
- Comfortable with being on the job 24-7 (Saturday/Sunday working, public holidays working, 1 weekday off.,
