- EXO Edge is the leading outsourcing partner to the real estate industry, delivering offshore staffing support to property management companies.
Following successful growth in recent years, the company is now looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our ambition to extend services to new property management companies in the United States.
This B2B sales role involves proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities, building and nurturing relationships and driving new customer acquisition.
Primary Focus On
Lead generation in the Real Estate/Property Management industry
Scheduling meetings for EXO Edge SMEs with qualified prospects (CEO, CF), CAO, COO)
Meeting key sales targets (Leads, Meetings, New Clients .etc.)
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and real estate segments for business expansion (e.g., single-family, senior, student, manufactured, commercial, industrial. .etc.)
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media connections, and networking at national events/conferences
Sales Outreach
Initiate contact with potential clients to present EXO Edges services
Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients
Client Relationship Building
Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing information and addressing inquiries
Sales Presentation
Create compelling presentations tailored to the client's needs
Clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points of our services
Pipeline Management
Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Utilize CRM tools to manage and document the sales process
Market Intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Provide insights and feedback to company leadership
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with fellow associates to align business development strategies with overall company goals
Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth handover of leads and client information
Meeting Sales Targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree
Sales experience in the US Real Estate industry
Comfortable and confident pitching to senior business leaders, including CEO, CFO, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets (i.e., meetings, revenue)
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
