General Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will be responsible for inside sales activities and supporting sales operations to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Prospecting: Research and engaging with potential leads to understand their needs and present our products/services as solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospective customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the reports with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Sales Operations:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and management.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and optimize sales processes and workflows.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development or sales operations.
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.,
