Role Description This is a remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Indian market, who will be responsible for inside sales, demand generation, lead generation (appointment setting) and customer interaction. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, owning a monthly target, managing a pipeline, and achieving set goals. What a typical day looks like at OpenIntervue Design and implement cold outreach strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for our account managers Collaborate and work closely with regional sales teams to identify their ICP, buyer persona, validate value propositions and create outreach campaigns that effectively reach and engage potential customers Craft personalised message to engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media platforms Manage, maintain, and analyze data for campaign insights Continuously seek ways to achieve quotas and exceed expectations What makes you an ideal candidate 3 years experience in a similar role Must have 1 year experience in IT Sales or SaaS Sales Proven success in executing multi-channel outbound campaigns Proficient in outbound/outreach tools Strong communication skills, written and verbal, for effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail for CRM and report accuracy Ability to adapt messaging for target audiences and different stakeholders Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment What we can offer Opportunity to create an impact in the growth story of a startup (Higher Impact = Higher Growth) Flexibility, as we focus outcomes over number of hours worked Directly work with the leadership, so you can supercharge your learning and industry knowledge,
