Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located. in Hyderabad. As an Assistant Manager - Business Development (South India), you will be responsible for driving business growth in the South India region, ensuring customer satisfaction, and exploring new business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and implement initiatives, strategies, and campaigns. Additionally, you will lead product launches, demos, and trainings to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field in biotech or genomics industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Experience in customer relationship management, and sales forecasting
Knowledge of genomics, next generation sequencing, and bioinformatics is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Travel for 15 days mandatory outstation visit from the base location,
