Role and Responsibilities
As a lead, you will be responsible for managing Business Operations, with a focus on retention, profitability, and achieving the companys mission & strategic direction. Strong business acumen with skills to remain on the cutting edge; drive new business through conceptualizing strategies, developing key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships, etc.
Business Development
New Business Acquisition: Responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth which includes targeting and acquiring clients in key areas such as Property, Fire, Marine, Engineering, Health, and Liability insurance.
Market Penetration: Focus on expanding the companys footprint in the direct insurance market by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients and establishing long-term business relationships.
Market Analysis and Strategy
Target Demographics Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to define and understand target demographics and to develop strategies to effectively reach these audiences and expand the companys market share.
Strategic Goal Setting: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear, measurable goals aligned with the companys documented revenue targets and projected budget forecasts.
Sales and Brand Enhancement: Support the companys insurance sales efforts and enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives, including organizing and participating in events aimed at engaging both new and existing customer groups.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2-6 years experience working in leading the insurance brokerage firm.
Proven proficiency in leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Exemplary organization, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills are required
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in essential computer skills is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Professional Skills:
The role demands exceptional organizational abilities, along with advanced project management, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written. These competencies are critical for successfully managing complex tasks and effectively conveying ideas to various stakeholders,
