Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager located in Pune. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer engagement with the company, including analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to proactively address customer needs, and will identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the company's customer base.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
 Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, or related field
 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and to lead and. motivate team members to achieve common goals
 Experience with CRM software and tools
 Experience in managing and interpreting customer data and feedback
 Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience,
